thank you and welcome here! well, one of the things i like about polaroids is that they are so small and intimate. the best polaroiders here can capture so much within such a small frame.

we had gone to some garage sales and bought up the 25 cent magazines and books (and lemonade) and my sister carried these bags all the way to yaddo and back into town (ahem...as the title clearly explains...)! hard to beat that golden late summer afternoon light! i love walking around saratoga--i'm currently obsessed with that poor old rip van winkle motel that's being torn down. very tragic, to see it cut open like a doll's house, the flowered wallpaper exposed like that. anyway, welcome to polanoid! and financial ruin!
