Still not sure how this is done. I have tried these and failed hopelessly!
^
my fault when istarted to do them was that i exposed the film to too much light in time and too strong a light.

try using short burst from a distance of say two feet or as far as you can hold a small penlight from yourself.

then place the object on the cartridge-in complete darkness- and flash the light ever so quickly. half a secong/or a sec.

then quickly put the cartridge back in the camera and the film ejects!

if came out white- too much light. dark- too little, but you know that! ;)

Lovely one.

Could you give us some clues about how you get these blue/green colors on some 600 photograms backgrounds...?

^
thank you so kindly polkadots!

i use a sheet of colored transparency when doing he photograms.

get some real 'colored' trnsprncy, simply printing an ink-jet trnsprncy will leave the polaroid looking digital. (which could be cool some way)

also to mix it up even further, i use colored lights- small pen lights or toy lights. greens, blues and reds. then it is basic color/light principles... that varied widely depending on the amount of light used and color.

green trnsprncy and green light= a sort of light greenish blue.
red trnsprncy and white light= red shapes and yellowish red background

also to get gradients of the mixes try exposing a sheet and sliding it off during exposure then expose again with another color same way. (bottom left, 3rd pic in is best example)

it is fun and he colors are really amazing- i didnt even touch these up. for real.

i look forward to what you create, all the best

i still can't understand where you can find all this money to

^
thanks so much exithp!

i save my beans...for the finer things in life ;) or just the things i obsesse over. ha!

yes- this is all about the colors, i felt i cheated a bit using so much white but it works, i think, nonetheless.

thanks for the words!
