and then you shot the photos after they were warm? or was this just the effect from heating them?

^ no i shot them when they were cool, i think the emulsion dries out in certain spots. the stripes you see are the effect of really old film. i often see it striped in thirds like that. |

^ yeah, i opened the foil pack and put the whole cassette in. not too hot, though, or you'll get plastic fumes and ruin the battery! just warm and toasty. |

^ yes, baked at a warmish temp so as not to melt the plastic and battery but mess with the emulsion...results in spots and cracks. the film is also about 10 years old! |
