By the way, that's not the Olympic City in Sarajevo... Sarajevo is the Olympic city and your picture is showing the part of Sarajevo called Ciglane, just above the Olympic stadium Koshevo.

^ these are the buildings used during the olympic games.. ive always called olympic cities all the buildings built to house all the sportifs.. then i know they werent running the 100 meters inside these houses :D bye
