It's a cheapo Epson Stylus CX6400. May have cost me $150 U.S. when I bought it. Printer/scanner/copier thing. Ugly but it has been effective. I still have to contrast fix everything after scanning . . . but it's the aftermarket scanning software that can really help as well. VUESCAN. . .works for many cheap scanners and allows for all sorts of adjustments.

I know that feeling, it's what i most regret (next to the massive, watchable inflation) in Latvia: the highest point is about 1020 feet just.. but still, wonderful forests (if they don't turn them all into golf courses).
wonderful landscape, I really like the use of choco for that.

(think I've asked you before, but forgot - which scanner do you use? I'm looking for a cheap'n'quick one which saves me the time to recorrect too much. you have 'the green' here, so I know you're close to the original)
