what's that? do you put all those teddies there? or is it some kind of ritual?

i dont understand the pic but it looks great!

^ There is a low budget flea market nearby and for some reason people buy these stuffed animals there and tie them to the fence on the overpass. Had to stop and snap this pic. Very creepy to see in person. All of the stuffed animals are filthy from the road salt etc.
