Did you keep this picture? Or give it away. I've taken my polaroid with me on my trip around Africa and love giving them away. They get so confused, not knowing what it is until... then they get really excited.

Why is it a Kenyan mother in Tanzania?

^ Oh, must have done a batch upload and forgot to change the location. They were in Saba Saba Kenya. I cant tell you how many polaroids I've given out. Which is bittersweet, because many were spectacular. Funny, they all seem to want to shake em. I get them to hold them in their palm and to wave the other around in a circle until the image starts to come up. I usually ask the kids to hold up their pictures and take another picture with my DSLR. In this case I took two and gave one to Mama.

agree with stephanies - was in Dar Feb 2006. Love Africa but is fragile for lots of reasons - peace and prayers....
