I have a few actionss etc but after each scanning-session and moonths I try new things or do them a bit different etc tryingto make the processes shorter. Oh well...

I got an Epson 4490 because I thought it would not do the blue tint and the black shaddow on the bottom so I'd not have to always afteredit. The v500 had the same so I took the cheaper one anyway.

How do you get rid of the blue in the scan of the white frame and background and of the black shaddow? If I may ask? I can do it but it always takes ages even with actions as I always select things individually etc etc gahhh I hate it...


PS: I love the title, totally over-read it the first time.

thanks. i made a pola hue for a layer for the border. i can send you the action and hue if you want. you can tweak it to match your needs.

Which scanner do you use anyway? I bought a new one and hate it!

i have a canoscan 8600 (i think is the number), but i made a photoshop action to correct for the bad things my scanner does! what is your scanner?

yes. :-) (like the time-zero... with the high resolution scans, i can see the cracks on the surface from the tired, expired film!)
