yes...a large cloud is looming. i like fuji film so hope they keep making the packfilm at least, but i would be father stuck without integral... very sad. it's a cultural reference point not just a technology. any decent autobiography is full of polaroids, all the best artists have used polaroid, emilie79 uses polaroid etc etc.

i do not see the attraction in zinc. i have a printer and i don't want a portable printer. i try to have the most basic mobile phone possible, precisely so i don't have people trying to play bluetooth with me or take crappy little photos of them and then send them via multicrap messaging systems.

but, i'm a bit confused by the newsfeed of late... i'm wondering if it has a filter that only lets people write on there who are midway through a bad acid trip. so i'll stay away and think happier thoughts.

cheer up, sure we will enjoy our hobby for a long time to come yet. but i'll certainly be cutting down on the irrelevant party shots and endless sunsets that slowly clog my life...

^ yeah i couldnt agree more... ive never tried fuji, but im not against it, if they make integral 600-like film. Im not a big fan of 600 film anyway, and have learned to use my SX70 with parcimony now that im left with only very few timezero packs... I just hate the idea that im gonna have to live on a finite stock :( zink seems totally pointless to me but oh well, like you said, i dont wanna be moaning all day about it, so i chose to bring the moaning into a picture, so that it's not completely useless :) and yeah, lets try to make our best images out of the last films we've got...
