What a great shot! I really want to eat it and I don't even like pears! But it looks like a holy pear! The pear to cleans and heal all! I love the glow, the colours, the framing and the ghostly streak below it that looks like the pears reflection.

Huh...I know that feeling of disappointment! Sometimes I think Polanoiders get too excited about time zero shots of trees and not excited enough about other things. Oh, well!

I do think this is good - I like the grainyness of the green (very sutiable for a photo of a pear!), and the way that the pear itself seems to glow. The little scratches are nice, too, and that blur at the bottom of the frame.
