I understand and appreciate what you say - the budget is never big enough for all the equipment projects one has. You certainly have some other nice cameras by the sound of it.

I had the same problem with the bellows of my 180 - but I certainly didn't consider it cool; it was a very annoying defect which I had to have remedied, which it now has been. I suggest that you will rather quickly get tired of the "cool" quirkiness of the tired bellows and will want to find a good camera repairer to solve the problem. You will probably have to cannibalise the bellows from another pack film camera (a cheap one like a 103 or 104) to provide a set to be installed in place of the defective ones. 180s and 195s are good cameras and deserve to be made capable of being used in tip top condition.

True I suppose. I will see. It is not in the budget and I have a 600se and converted 110a. I also am sitting on a very mint 110b that I need to get converted. So I do have other great Polaroid cameras to work with.
I do agree about the fact that they deserve a certain respect for what they are. It has been fun and a pain as you point out but it is also a different look for that one camera.
