it was colorfilm though, wasn't it?
did you manipulate it to monochromatic coloures= Because the filter you mention still would not make an image monochromatic would it?

^ hi lia yes it was colour film you can't see it in the scan very well but it is much more brown than it looks here - was shot without any neutral density filter and stopped down to dark on the sx-70 - she has brown hair/eyes and had white and cream top, sitting on white sofa and behind her is windows and my apartment wall which is exposed brick in other words no strong colours. the filter in conjunction with the overexposure appears to have bleached out all colours apart from browns - a complete fluke but i thought it was quite nice :-)
