Is this the cleanest sidewalk in Brooklyn, or do you carry a broom with you? Looks like a movie set.

^ ha! i hadn't noticed that! now that you mention it, it is quite free of gum spots and odd liquid stains. i can only imagine that the keebler elves, suffering layoffs from the cookie factory due to the rising cost of flour, are now working in brooklyn as sidewalk maintenance engineers.
