New Cross/Deptford eh!!!!! hmmm, not my neck of the woods - and pretty grotty!! But Shoreditch/Whitechapel is easier to get to and there are some lovely buildings, so I will see what I can do - also around the UCL area - not too far from my work at Ludgate Hill, in between Fleet St and St Paul's. I live in the VERY BORING suburb of Hendon!

^ haha. i knew you were gonna say that about Newcross. I was so gutted the day i arrived in Deptford and knew i had to spend a year in the ghetto ;) but i bloody loved it! Actually the student halls i lived in were so derelict that they've been demolished since then. My heart sank when i heard the news :( All the little streets around shoreditch are awesome, im in love with them (made a few videos around that area back then: »link , »link , »link ) Would be awesome to see some pics of there. I spotted a couple of Bricklane on here and faved them at once! And oh, Ludgate Hill! God, you know, i used to walk everyday from UCL to Whitechapel to avoid paying for transport... so went past St Paul's everynight on my way home. Oh dear. memories... Never heard of Hendon though. Hope it's not so boring :) |

^ Ohh that'd be wicked! Well, two places are particularly dear to me: South East london (Newcross / Deptford/ Greenwich, where i lived the first time i went) and East london (Shoreditch / Whitechapel), where i lived the second time i went). Haha, i know they're not the best areas, especially Newcross, but im in love with them. Also love some pretty central areas like Bloomsbury park, Gordon square and stuff, around UCL where i studied for a time. Any shot of london will do for me anyway :)) so nice of you to offer that! Where in London do you live? |
