how come you don't get overexposed shots? Do you use the flash?

^ No. I usually don't use the flash doing double exposures, especially outside. In fact I don't use the flash very often at all.

when you go to close the camera after the first exposure, don't close the camera all the way. if you close it even half way, it thinks it was closed all the way. [it helps keep you from shaking the camera for the second exposure]

^ Thanks! I actually don't close it all the way but I was just learning with these... This was taken on the same day I read how to do the double exposure... I ended up using a tripod to help.... Thanks for the advice though!
