^ i think the lord balfour was one of the last hotels on ocean drive to be renovated, it had a lovely faded grandeur but was quite cheap. there was a great bar at the end of the street where a young, still beautiful, mickey rourke used to get drunk. and look at the rust on that car...that's a full stop, by the way- mickey rourke didn't used to get drunk and then look at the rust on this car, obviously...
