Hey that's Pop Artist Robert Indiana's Love sculture...
I am from Philadelphia and know all about this peice. I see it almost everday. I live between two of them... Another thing in Philly that's great!

this one is in paris, when they did a pop art show. Centre Georges Pompidou ;)

but i also read that it is in philadelphia, so i am really not sure if there is more than one, probably, i guess....
