How did you do this effect?

^ it's an old SX70 sonar which didn't work so well, the light continues to expose the film after the ejection of the photograph, so i always have a print of the last pics on the next one. A kind of cheap multi-exposure. With very long exposure time and no light, it gives this kind of result.
