this reminds me of my days sitting in a hotel in new orleans stairing down at the feeble ones.

^ haha.. well, the new orleans is just the art.tz probably.. but with the feeble you're close - really strange there right now. lot shops closed, less people going out.. and though there are people on this photo, i have sometimes a similar feeling looking at it.
