I wish there were more great classic Cindy Lauper songs. I mean, there are a number, but I could do withfour times as many. And what she's been doing lately leaves me shrugging my shoulders.

Oh, I like the picture, too. Ahem :-) What's going on on that clock face, btw? Am I imagining it or is there a rocketship for a seconds hand in the rightmost clock exposure?

^ Thanks ulf, I didn't even realise that Cindy Lauper was still recording stuff, although in retrospect i suppose she must be...I'm so out of touch! Pretty bad huh? You are not mistaken, this clock has a little Sputnick as it's second-hand, I found it in an opportunity-shop ages ago and it is one of my favourite retro items. (I have a less multiply exposed polaroid of it here) ~ apparently lo-fi has the same clock (well, not exactly the same, that would disturb the fabric of the space-time continuity, unless it is some strange manifestation of the weirdness of quantum physics locality) :-)>
