monumentally wonderful, oré!!
makes me smile whenever i see it, and i love the few recognizable pics, and where you placed them.

^
i never said thank you for your comment dear.Lady.
my apologies.

i'm glad you appreciate the recognizable ones.

hope you are well, and smiling. ;-)

my son just came up to me and asked me if i was playing
"picture tic tac toe"
in seeing this photo of yours.

made me smile.

i have kept all but one polaroid i have taken.
and i knew they would serve a purpose.
it's been interesting...
these past 2 yrs.

^
it's a big tic tac toe board!

who won?

Nice work! Such a good way to turn duds into something great.
^
thanks jackson.

big big congrat!

for sotd and i guess for the project as well! IT'S A WINNER FOR ME!
and as i was reading the other comments, i agree, it is the best use of our pola junks that we always keep in case of an idea on day!

bravo.

^
thanks for the nice words Thomas. i've thought for a long time of doing some kind of mosaic with all these rejects but it wasn't until this project that i finally had a good idea. so thanks to WM too for the project.

Great composition!
I have been collecting leftovers for a long time: most of them ended up covering a door panel in my formes apartment. I hope I'll be able to rescue it some day, shot it and post it.
Digital cameras are great scanners, »link
but they suck anyway!
to late to vote but fav just the same.

^
thanks paul. i do hope you get to "scan" your old door soon.

ahhhh
I was doing something similar... maybe i'll find a use for the polaroid for a future project ;)

perfect!

^
do it anyway Marco. the project needs some more creative entries. you could always use Roman numeral C for 100. ;-)

thanks Marco.

so awesome. love it.
^
thanks Drew. i was actually thinking of you & Patrick Winfield as I was making this. you've done some great mosics in the past. this was my first try at a really large one. next time i'll have to try one & shoot all the pieces just for the piece. not as easy as using a bunch of discards though.

i guess you won the project already : this is the absolute answer to the challenge !
^
i hope it's not that easy. i want to see some more creative works for this project. not an easy one for sure. thanks zvevi.

hehe, I know, you must have plenty.

I'm not sure if I will ever find a purpose for mine, as you did.

But I will hold on to them...

i think i have enough duds to wish edwin a 400th birthday.
^
You & me both. These are just the ones without much of an image on them. I am much more careful these days though.
^
there are two recognizable images i slipped in though.

one hundred congrats for the idea.

and the realisation.

and the patience, of course!

I'm too lazy for now to do something like this, but one day... :)

^
thanks wish -
it turned out not to be as difficult as i thought. makes me want to try one with an actual subject too. maybe one day. ;-)
