It's a beautiful and timeless picture. By the perforations along the bottom, I would guess it was taken with Polaroid 'type 20' roll film which was discontinued many years ago. I used to have a Swinger 20 which used this film and took some photos with it when I was a boy. You can see some of them on this site.
