Using an empty packfilm cartridge, cut along the long edge so that it is long enough to fit a piece of integral film. In a dark room remove a single piece of integral film from a pack, and put it in the empty Pack Film cartridge. Put the packfilm in the camera and shoot.
Go back into the dark room and remove the piece of integral film, slip it back in the integral pack from which it came (or another empty one). Put it in a integral camera and close the door. It will spit out and develop the film. enjoy!
