Mit unsrem Foto, das eilt nicht! Es geht uns nur drum, dass es aus Jugendschutzgründen nicht einbehalten worden ist! Nach dem Motto "wenn man sich mit Polaroid beschäftigt und das in dem menschlichen Gehirn solche Fantasien auslöst, besteht eine enorme Gefährdung der gesamten Menschheit" !

^ Danke! Ich freue mich. Das Hundebild stellt sicher eine Gefahr für die Menschheit dar. Und ich glaube es stellt auch insbesondere eine Gefahr für Philippebougoin da, der mich schon mehrmals gebeten hat, ihn an einer Hundeleine um die Tuileries zu führen. Er wird sicher vor Neid platzen und es wird furchtbar messy. Ich hüte das gefährliche Objekt mit meinem Leben. Und den Scan maile ich Euch um punkt 12 Uhr heute.

i think what i'm most loving about this one is the fact that it shows how really einzigartig deine geschichten sind.
('einzigartig' weil's halt schöner klingt als ein doofes nur 'unique', und 'geschichten', weil geschichten ja im dt. nicht nur geschichten sind, sondern auch 'sachen'. ok. sachen klang jetzt im deutschen doof.)

^ Yessss. Ah, that's great. Having some kind of challenge is always inspiring. All we need to do is to decide on an object. I wrote to Marion with three things I was already thinking of - a paintbrush, a ladder and a toy car. But I actually already have fairly concrete ideas for them, so I think it would be better if we picked something else. That way we will all have to come up with a brand new idea for it.

i love love love it! the idea itself is amazing, the technique remains a mystery and yet is obviously not fake (which makes it completely incredible), the colours are to die for, and those cotton clouds are just perfect...

^ The idea for this was actually in my head for months. I was thinking of how the frames of Polaroids were like white cages in which we capture past versions of ourselves as we move along on our journey through life. I spent a long time looking for the right cage and then I tried on three different occasions in very different locations to get the picture right. In the end, it worked - which is largely thanks to the wonderfulness of the 195. I don't mind explaining how I did it, but I think I'll keep quiet just for the time being, because knowing the practicalities might spoil the mystery.
