i have tried your method,
but the pola always comes out.
So i pressed the yellow button
on the right which stops the
outcoming.It is not quite
satisfying, but i got some useful
results.
Perhaps i will try again or have
to change the method..

so how do you stop the exit of the picture?
is pressing the bottom of the camera the
right way?

^ Sorry for the late answer, i just block the exit of the rollers, you can do it just by pressing down the swinging metal thing where 'polaroid sx70' is written. Then you take the film cartridge a bit out, enough to make the camera lose contact wth the film battery and then the camera will spit out the photo completely. Not very sophisticated, but maybe interestingly random!
