looks like a nice space/place to work in, once the rain problem ist seen to.

^ the rain. the mildew,the damp walls and the thornbushes that have encroached it and the whole 2000 qm of garden around it. but its pretty close to the city. ..and i will not be bored for the next few years, i guess. *G*
