Thanxs for stopping in and taking alook at the "moldy oldy" process.
Old Polariod ( before they bankrupted ) had a multitude of various producls, some marketed and some not, over the many decades. For example: they developed synthetic quinine ( for malaria ) during WW2 (very expensive to make) when availablity was shut down because of the war, photcopiers, Edwin Land's research into the nature of color vision ( it redefined the science of vision ), multi-color laser images ( a get leap forward for holograms ), museum camera the largest room-size camera ever made for instant film...and many more such examples.
Sorry to rattle on...I am a "Polariod freak and nerd" and I can't help myself. Well..anyway please take care and good health to you.
Still from the desert of even longer shadows now...John

Thanks for the cool comment and stoppingby.
The 20K film was incredible stuff. I only wish I had got a case of it instead of only 5 packs. It's a shame to see all that research go by the wayside.
