I'm just starting to realize that polaroids are the best way to tell stories. Thanks to you.

^ Thank you. Sometimes it's good to arrive somewhere with a camera and no ideas and just make it up as you go along. I realise I don't do that often enough. I do think that Polaroid is the best storytelling medium. It even begins with the frame itself, which seems to say: "I am a Polaroid. Let me show you where I've been and how I first came to life."

^ Ha, thank you, yes, you're so right about compliments to women. Women always try to cut straight through to the suspected subtext instead of focussing on the primary meaning. Compliment: "Gee honey, you're so photogenic": Suspected subtext: "Gee honey, it's a shame you don't look as good as on your pictures." But in the case of Polaroid, I think we can dispense with all that. I think we all know that nobody EVER looks as good in person as they do on Polaroids. It just isn't feasible. Ergo: I find myself able to accept your compliment with good grace. TZ: yeah. I decided to use it. I even quite liked it for the strangeness oiliness of the colours, but it's quickly getting darker speckles and stains and going browny-greener by the minute. People complain about Impossible film fading, but this stuff gets mushy before your very eyes.
