it reminding me of one of the first mosaic project i did also with my Gand parents.
it's so touching this kind of portraits.
glad you are doing it as well.
did you have the chance to make montages with your other grand parents?

^ No, this is my first portait montage. I shot 38 pictures to receive the 16 I finally used. And my grandma was a patiently wating model wich I think my other grandma won't be. I love the mosaic work of David Hockney.
