Instant scan : just dreaming, but...

does anyone find scanning interesting ?

^ hm, i just had to realize the plus button does not show the size i uploaded.. so why at all finishing the scan at 300dpi? sucks.. interesting? well... it's an art. and a pain in the ass. I would be very happy if there wouldn't be the need to invest that much time in correcting the scans back to how they appear in hand. but it's what they deserve. yes. i am definetely dreaming about a 10 second scan giving a perfect 1:1 result. (polaroid once had a scanner, way more than 10 years ago i think, which had color-profiles for each type of film. unfortunately, that was before colorsync. and the systems it ran under is long obsolete. I never saw the results. but the idea was good)
