Missed this one, almost abstract and very mysterious. For some reason (although it's fairly different, apart from the 'dark' side), it makes me think at Victor Hugo's drawings that make quite some noise in France those days.
By any chance, you don't write novels and poetry along with your photo works, do you ?

Thanks for browsing the archives! When I was younger I wanted to be a writer very much, and I even studied to become one, but I lost all confidence in my writing many years ago. I just don't think I was very good at it. Sometimes I think about writing again, but I have no ideas that are worth exploring. Or, perhaps, I have no ideas that I can believe in. If I had something to say, something to express, maybe I would try again, but I have had no impetus to write in almost 20 years. Sad, I suppose, but my photos keep me occupied.

I am a great fan of poetry--reading it, that is. Any poems I have written have been rather childish and overwrought. I would rather read poetry than novels these days for the concentrated truth and beauty and emotion of it.

Thanks again for all your thoughtful comments. I look forward to them very much.
