as for the lines - what processor did you use? i suspect (but may be wrong) that it may have been one with the hand crank. i could see this as the cause. not as easy to achieve consistent roller speed with a hand crank. if it was the electric motor moving the film and rollers then perhaps there is incorrect pressure on the rollers. there is a bar type spring which provides the tension on the rollers. this, and the rollers should be clean before processing. there should be no space between the rollers at all, except when the film is transported through of course.
have you made any others with this combination of film and processor? same result?
hopefully it's not the film.

ok thanks for your answer, i use an electric processor , i ll check again the rolls, it was my first photo in 8X10 ever .... i ll continue next week see what 's happen .
