Electric Boogaloo
This would have to be the best shot of the evening IMHO (despite the fact I'm in it)
I didn't take the polaroid, it was taken by Natalie, one of our work friends who was ever so slightly
inebriated (so much so that initially she actually held the SLR 680 up to her face the wrong way round until I showed her how it went)
Happy accident caused this shot I think (see Phototip/Technique below)

Tip:
I've been trying to work out how this shot turned out the way it did. This is my theory:
Nat was unfamiliar with the camera, as well as having it back-the-front initially, she also had her fingers over the lens before I moved them...what I think happened was that the flash fired (illuminating yours truly in his drunken dancing glory) but the film didn't immediately eject because nat had partly obscured the ccd light-meter, "tricking" the camera into thinking it needed to keep the shutter open longer in order to get more light onto the film. Hence the extended-exposure light trails combined with the more conventionally exposed image of me illumiated by the flash. Pretty cool for a complete accident I thought!
