Pola Land
The frame is of white wood and got a light creamy white passe-partout. No matter what type of Pola it is, it always got 5 mm space in between it and the passe-partout. The Pola is stitched on a Munken Pure non-coated paper with the same tone as the passe-partout, to prevent reflexes and a too white line around the Pola.
This is my kitchen and living-room. In my wardrobe more ready framed Polas is waiting to receive a wall space.
In the living-room the Polas has to share the space with one etching, one photo-gravure by my friend and teacher Lasse Mellberg (both with the same type of frame as the Polas) and a photo (half format slide) my father took 1959.
