Thanks. Nothing like a Greek telegraph pole, eh?

what a nice thing!!

I guess if you are using filters.... or something, or if this is only your variable mood... I specially love the water and the kind of dust effect in the end of the image!!

I bought some different filter foils. I'm still trying them all out. They probably were a bit dirty, because I have to hold them over the lens with my fingers, but it makes the focus softer.

There is a serious matter about poles and wires in greek islands. Some people think that they ruin the landscape and must be subterranean, but others think that they provide a mood of 50's-60's. What do you think?
^
I was fascinated by them. There was this really massive wiry pole contraption near out hotel and it buzzed all the time and at night, you could see sparks moving around like glowworms between the different wires and nodes. They are ugly and probably highly dangerous, yes, but it has a nostalgic style, too. I'd say that I liked the poles. This picture would certainly be less interesting without them.

Thanks. I'm making the pleasure last and uploading a few holiday pictures every day. It gives me something to look forward to. I've still got a few more days to go before I run out.
