i don't think it's a dust but rather the chemicals crystallisation. it happened to my negatives even after puting them in a box. we cannot be sure anything here. but that's why polaroids are so great.

and on this picture this effect is amazing. White dots look like little lights on the buildings.... simply amazing.

^ I thought it was a bit big for dust, but wasn't sure what else, its great how it forms in lines, :0)

this reminds me of something out of a dickens novel. like the first snowfall on a moonless night setting the stage for "a christmas carol". i absolutely love it.

Certainly one of the more interesting sorts of polaroid manipulations to have ever been discovered. I like the effect in this image as well. Nicely done!
