Ah!
Oh yes, a very special Polaroid.
Feels kind of miraculous even. A Miracle Pear! In the wintry Latvian countryside.
Actually, you know this sort of crackles with electricity, or *something* from the sky & heavens. From the atmosphere. She feels very connected to the Weather and to the Pear, and they to her.
It’s just so lovely. Takes your breath away. (Air must have tasted good out there.)
And yes, I second what J. said. The very essence of…

Now, what I wrote above isn’t so important. What I’d *really* like to know is: Were you wearing mittens?

^
ahem. the crackle is a reflection of the flash. I explained at the bearded bear one: no scanner. handheld digital camera in the kitchen.
but yes, we felt very connected. hehe. air tasted good. as cheese, chili, beer...

but all that really is not important, i second that:
No. No mittens. ever. I have only full-fingered gloves. some leather, some _look_mitten, but are new modern high tec thinsulate 3M inside. but I forgot them in the city.
fur jacket, though. nice big pockets for the hands. camera under the arm inside, on the chest, and off we go in the snow.
and laughed.

Now this expresses happiness more than any other currently submitted polaroid - the very essence of Happy New Pear! Also, I love how you've gone out of you're way to bring it to us.

So, Happy New Pear to you, this clearly gets my vote!

happy new pear to you too, my dear johan!

(I'm quiet surprised myself I've been able to recorrect the colours that fast and approbiate with that damn equipment. arrgh, i just hate pc's...just takes longer...maybe i should opt for a digital camera instead a scanner? haha)
