"Infinity in the hands of the impatient ones"
Each submission for this project must meet the following requirements:
- 1) Each picture must feature a person holding the same (or clearly similar) object in the left hand that the person on the previous picture was holding in its right hand, and a different object in the right hand.
- 1a) For bigger objects, it's also ok to just touch them or point at them.
- 1b) Both objects must be clearly recognizeable - incase of doubt it cant hurt to describe the objects in the description of your pic.
- 2) The chain must only grow strictly one-dimensional and linear - the object in the left hand must always be the one in the right hand of the one and only previous picture.
- ...which of course means that in this project..
- 2a) ..submissions that dont meet the "immediately-previous-object" rule and thus "break the chain" will be mercilessly removed without exception.
- ..and also means that..
- 2b) ..submissions CAN NOT be withdrawn, as soon as the next picture has been submitted (would also break the chain)
- 2c) Multiple submissions by the same user are ok and welcome - but there must never be two submissions in a row by the same user.
additional hints and suggestions:
- * Don't panik if you missed one bus when returning from the zoo and see somebody else has already submitted the elephant pic while you're just scanning yours. You can still wait for the next elephant to appear - if you think you made a really great elephant pic that needs to participate, you can even ask for one in the newsfeed. Match-fixing between users is perfectly ok in this project.
- * Try to really have the same -or at least as similar as possible- object in your left hand. If the previous picture showed an indian elephant, dont choose an african one - would be a pity for all the otha users who have an indian one at home and cant submit it cause of your breach of the rules.
- * Keep it interesting and a bit of challenging, dont use *too* simple objects (we don't wanna see too many pears re-appear, do we?)
Good luck and mucho much fun!
