He's With His Dad, Rifling Through the T
Streets of Portland, in the Pearl District. Walking and I see this kid, about eight with this mask on. It's nowhere near Halloween yet his dad, who speaks little English, explains that it's a Halloween mask. I asked the kid to hold it up again, clicked the trusty 680 twice and handed him the first shot. Pop immediately proceeded to shake the Pola like the neck of a chicken . . . I thought it was going to fly out of his hand and shatter a window.
